Inside our greenhouses & sunrooms

Commercial greenhouses use hot-dip galvanized steel frames with film or polycarbonate covers, and can be fitted with ventilation, shading, irrigation and IoT environment control. Gear-driven ventilation and multi-span designs scale from a single bay to large production blocks.

For residential and hospitality buyers we also build aluminum sunrooms and conservatories with double-glazed, retractable or sliding glass, designed for natural light and year-round use.

How is a greenhouse designed for my wind and snow loads?

Tell us the site location, and the local wind and snow load values if your engineer has them. Frame sections, spacing and anchoring are selected to suit, and drawings are provided for approval before production.

Film or polycarbonate?

Film covers cost less and transmit more light, but need replacing every few years. Polycarbonate insulates better and lasts longer, at a higher upfront cost. Many growers use polycarbonate on sidewalls and film on the roof.

Do sunrooms come pre-assembled?

Sunrooms ship as cut, finished profiles and glass with assembly drawings. Installation is done locally; we provide remote guidance.

Can you supply the growing systems inside the greenhouse?

Yes. We can quote the greenhouse together with NFT, A-frame, Dutch bucket, tidal bench, irrigation and fertigation equipment as one package.

Do you sell greenhouse kits and sunroom kits?

Yes. We supply aluminum garden greenhouse kits, prefab sunroom kits and multi-span commercial greenhouses. Garden greenhouses and sunrooms suit distributors and contractors; commercial greenhouses are engineered per site.

What affects the price of a commercial greenhouse?

Span width and gutter height, covering material (film, polycarbonate or glass), wind and snow load requirements, and the climate equipment you add (ventilation, shading, cooling, heating, irrigation) drive the price most.
